How could we get particular mahadasha-bukthi results?

i mean how to time important events in mahadasha bukthis. There must be some relation between mahadasha planet and bukthi ruling planet. For example sun-venus dasha and sun-mars dasha are bringing some different events in ones birth chart. Then how could we differentiate such change despite considering exaltations, mooltrikona etc. I mean what exactly the relation between maha dasha ruling planet bukthi planet. Although jaimini method gives timing of events but cant we do it in vimshottari system

It is very simple. When that mahadasha-bhukti period comes you get the result at that time and know how it is.

Different methods of viewing the chart gives timing of events. The result under Maha Dasha and Bhukti Dasha is viewed just like a clock. Mahadasha Lord is an hourly hand, Antar Dasha can be said to be Minute hand and Pratantara Dasha a Second Hand which gives indication of timing of events when viewed with Transitory position of planets on the Main Chart of the Native. The Status of Planets, e.g., Exaltation etc. is what they are promising in the main chart. If Sun is exalted and without major infliction in Lagna and is also in comfortable position in other Divisional Charts, the Native will definitely get higher position/status in its field during Mahadasha/bhukti period of Sun. And if the Sun is placed with friendly planet, it will also bestow its goodness in the dasha of that friendly planet too. In Vimshotri Dasha you need correct birth of time to time the events whereas in Jaimini you can also time the events through the Karkas and other methods with little variation in time even. But as Vimshotri Dasha is easy and understandable and Jaimini requires lot of deep knowledge and research, most of the astrologers go for Vimshotri system.
