What woud you prefer, your western tropical zodiac? or your sidereal zodiac? and why?

my tropical zodiac is: (majority earth signs)
sun- capricorn
moon -capricorn
asc-sagittarius

my sidereal: (half earth, half fire signs)
sun- capricorn
moon-sagittarius
asc- scorpio

*but either way same aspects.. i have many mars aspects more than 8. dnt know what that really means ..

so..I can be both! lol i dnt know, sometimes i can relate to my tropical more, sometimes i can relate to my sidereal more. maybe sidereal? but i wish i still have my sag rising. Lol

How bout you? whats ur tropical and sidereal zodiac and which relates to you the most?

Tropical astrology says that the chart is only an influence and that you have the ability to become self-aware make choices, and take charge of your life. That you CAN make things happen. You have free will. The purpose of tropical western astrology is to help you understand yourself better, to help you resolve your inner conflicts and fears, and to learn to live life more genuinely and with more internal happiness.



Sidereal astrology says that everything is all laid out in your chart. You cannot change your destiny. The purpose of Hindu/sidereal astrology is to tell you what you are and are not going to do in your life ... so you don't waste your time running after dreams. Remember, this is the astrology of the Hindu caste system, where you had to stay in your place and accept your lot in life.



I prefer Western tropical astrology.

Understand that in Sidereal astrology, they don't really use the signs .. they use the lunar mansions and house positions, the nodes of the Moo, etc. Doesn't really matter WHAT signs your planets are in, so you can just throw THAT part out of the equation.

Sidereal:

Sun-Aries

Moon-Aries

ASC-Libra



I don't know which I prefer. Signs are signs, you can't choose whichever you like.

Tropical astrology:

Sun in pisces

Moon in leo

Leo rising



Sidereal astrology:

Sun in aquarius

Moon in cancer

Leo rising



I'd prefer either considering if I chose my tropical I'd still have tons of other aquarius placements, and if I chose my sidereal I'd have still be aquarius like with plenty of watery emotions.



But you know my most favorite kind of astrology is heliocentric astrology and draconic. I heard these both relate to the SOUL.



In draconic I'm sagittarius sun, aries moon, taurus rising



And in heliocentric I am virgo sun, and virgo moon,



But yep, pretty much my answer. :D

I relate western wayyy more. I'm nothing like Libra and I don't really like them.
