Ok, probably the one that would clash is Cancer rising. But, Pisces

rising seem to get hurt by Libras, and Libra risings, feeling they are insensitive at times, especially when Pisces (and P. risings) get into

their sulky, the world does not understand me moods and become

secretive and go off to be alone, leaving the Libra ris. wondering.

Now, Aries and Aries risings, could be the best being the opposite

sign of Libra, (which would also include Libra risings) but, this could

also make it or break it, as opposites go. Here, Libra rising might be

too sensitive at times, just like the Pisces/Libra risings combo, but
