Left brain is normal human functioning.

Right brain is the "god experience" .. loss of sense of separate identity from the universe, joy, feeling of love, inner peace. When people meditate, their right brain activity increases.



Listen to this lecture by a brain scientist who had a massive stroke in her left brain and had ONLY her right brain to work with. This will clearly show you the difference. It's a fascinating lecture by itself, and well-given. Obviously, she recovered from her stroke and regained the left-brain capabilities.

She wrote a book about her experience titled "My Stroke of Insight", but this lecture covers the book.
