I'm Cancer, Sagittarius Ascending
I move around a lot when I sleep. My mom(a pisces)-sleeps fetal- always complains about how my dad(a leo) and I always move around a lot in bed and always mess up the covers.
I don't snore or drool, considering I only breathe out of my nose unless I have a cold, so there is no need to open my mouth. And my jaw is usually set firmly, awake or not, so snoring is never a problem anyway.
I wear my dad's t-shirts to bed. I do have pairs of pajamas of my own I wear if they're clean, but I'm too busy during the day to worry about pajamas and too restless and impatient during the night to fuss with it. I have a habit of always wearing socks to bed but taking them off eventually because they bug me.
I never talked in my sleep, except for a few occasions when I was little where I actually sleepwalked down the stairs, found my mom and started asking her questions while asleep. XD
In middle school I used to pretend to be asleep and say weird stuff right before my mom would wake me up to amuse her.
I am a very heavy sleeper, no matter what. I even slept through my phone alarm which was on vibrate right under my pillow.
My dreams are really weird and surreal with floating cupboards and blue spaghetti and fat men controlling spaceship earth at epcot in disneyworld. My dreams can directly correspond with what was on my mind at the same time, and I have actually gotten premonitions, that actually have come true the very next day. I can force myself to dream, but dreams come so frequently now that I don't feel like dreaming anymore. XD
That falling feeling is called a Hypnic Jerk and it normally happens when your sleeping schedule gets screwed up and because your brain isn't used to this pattern of sleep and your body is already relaxing (muscles relaxing, temperature dropping, breathrate and heartrate drop) and yourbrain misinterprets this as falling and forces the body to physically resist. So...yes, I get this every once in a while.
Oh, and I like sleeping on my stomach, but my mom told me not to because it's bad for your organs and it actually pulls at,thins, and wears down the body parts that harness your major organs, so I force myself to sleep on my back or side.
I start off sleeping sprawled out, but by the end of my sleep, seeing as how body temperature drops when asleep and I get cold real easilly, I'm in fetal position.
