I'm barely an intermediate in Astrology, and certainly childlike in my understanding of Synastry... can anyone read update and help explain?

That looks pretty compatible to me, with the exception of our Ascendants. My Rising is 00 degrees Libra & my lover's is 23 degrees Scorpio. While Lib & Sco are in no way compatible, it's almost semi-sextile by degree... I came here looking for opinions on this, but have learned that I don’t know the first thing about actual applied Synastry. With my Mars in Cancer, I have always adored lovers who's Mars are in Taurus, I'm not sure why that, specifically, though it seems compatible enough. I had thought that his Gemini Sun Trine my Aquarius Sun a generally good thing, as are the matches in Mercury, Moon, Venus & Mars) Upon SaggiMC’s advice, I went to Astro.com and figured out how to make the Synastry chart, but I don't know how to read it, as it includes only the chart with no explanation. I know the signs and symbols, but I don't understand the lines and meanings, how to interpret what I'm looking at. My usual relationships with Gemini last approximately 8-10 months, ending in frustration but not too much drama. Generally the fun is worth it. I’ve already solved the problem about the one thing Aqu wants is the one thing Gem can’t give: honesty. I accept it as a disability, they are not capable of changing it... more in update:

i'm not really good on synastry but i will say you really shouldn't worry a lot on the scorpio rising. if anything it means takes a very serious front with people at least to start. he doesn't show everything he's feeling to a person initially when interacting with them, guarded is the word that comes to mind. Once you get past that you'll see who he truly is.

to me i think it should be a good match one thing is watch the possible opposing mercurys if you have the aspect, it can lead to differing viewpoints on subjects that come up.



my advice would be to look up what each of the aspects in your chart says in an interpretation.



oh and what i said earlier only meant to the scorpio rising. gemini's can be quite talkatitve actually

Brad Pitt Is a Sag BTW - he has however a lot of capricorn in him (Moon, Venus, Rising) so not sure - I know a lot of Cap guys who have cheated i think it stems from having insecurity with emotions. It also depends on your Venus and so many other factors like if you with the right Girl or Guy . All signs can cheat there are lot of Gemini cheats as well, alot of Pisces, Sag, Libra's it depends really..Some Capricorns are real players others that i know a dead set loyal..... you have to find the right one.

Looks like you did not try very hard. 80% accurate? When did you plan to announce this to the media? Did you know there are people willing to pay for any evidence that astrology does anything better than chance? Up to a million bucks for less than 50% accuracy. Along with a Nobel Prize. All you need to do is prove it works and how. However like the rest, we have just your word. Burden of proof refused again. 22 years and barely an intermediate?
