Why does everyone hate Scorpios so much?

I used to have a childhood best friend who was a mid November Scorpio and she was a ***** and backstabber, so because of her I started hating november Scorpios. Now I'm in college and my current best friend is a Scorpio born on November 10. She is very nice and friendly, I love her, but I do know that if I do her wrong, she'll get her vengence and will never ever forgive me. We had a big fight last year, she completely ignored me, said she'd never talk to me again, I'm very proud and didn't want to say I was sorry, but other friends told me she'd only forgive me if I apologized, so I did, and she accepted it, but she did told me not to fight with her ever again or she'd not forgive me twice.

There's a dark side to them. But then I think of how cool and friendly my friend is... they can't be that bad. Just are if you do them wrong.

The thing about Scorpio's is, they seem so kind, and able to take most things. You can joke around with them a bit but watch out, they are extremely sensitive, hit a nerve and you're a complete goner without even realizing it. They might not even show you how they feel if they really loathe you. They could just be secretly plotting revenge of some sort - which makes them really dangerous.



I know two Scorpios that really stick out to me. My little sister, and a friend. My little sister is the most adorable wide eyed kid on the planet. My Scorpio friend is so very sweet, and sincere. I once told her how much I genuinely liked how strong she was, and she was so touched and appreciated it and payed me several compliments, even stuck her neck out there for me. Scorpio's are great people, and I love them. Many people say they are terrible, because they seem very difficult and even incomprehensible, but really they are worth all the trouble, if any. Be a great friend, and try to understand them. When they are really upset, level with them and apologize. Pat on the back or a hug, comfort them. They truly appreciate the things you do for them, so be there for them, and they will surely return everything you've given.

There's a good side and bad side to every sign. Unfortunately, the self destructive Scorpio makes it easy to see only the bad in them.



Scorpios come off as mean and sarcastic and bitchy because, well, they are. On top of that, their Water sign nature makes their insults cut deep. They know what hurts and they don't have a problem saying it. They're secretive and sometimes dishonest, and that's easy for people to see. Take it from one. But, it's all a defense mechanism. It's a wall made to keep out the people who will only bring heartache. People who get past this wall see the good in Scorpios, and they are often very good, patient, and understanding people themselves.



Anyway, Scorpios do this because they're the typical tough on the outside, soft on the inside type. They don't like the idea of getting close to someone because it gives that someone the power to hurt them. On top of that, Scorpios take pride in being self sufficient and independent, and think that independence is threatened when other people are brought into the equation. They're extremely afraid of the possible rejection that comes with letting people see them for who they really are. (In all honesty, it's my greatest fear. I only have one person in my life who I can call a true friend, but that fear still lingers in the back of my mind.) Scorpios are extremely sensitive and easy to hurt, so they make it hard for the wrong people to get close to them.



So, that's why people hate Scorpios. Because self destructive Scorpios make themselves out to be the bad guys. All a Scorpio wants is someone who can see past the bad stuff. They want to be understood, but at the same time, they're terrified of that. When they find someone who truly cares though, as you know, they're extremely loyal and good to that someone. :)

Some don't understand us, sometimes we are too much to handle, and other times people hate how controlling and jealous we can be. I don't care if someone hates me for my sun sign that is truly ridiculous and please tell me if you hate me because I will make it my priority to stay away from you. Usually I am a very nice person too! I have a lot of Sagittarius in my birth chart so I am a bit more optimistic and less of a typical Scorpio but I do have a Scorpio mercury which can be a harsh placement too lol.

It's because the think they're hard-minded. They think they're not nice people at all, and they don't smile "that" much. I don't like Scorpio's that much. And because they're mysterious. Though, my 2 bestfriends are Scorpio's and I'm a Sagittarius. But, they're really fun signs and fun to be with if they just moved their mystery from the world.

Well I am not a Scorpio sun but I have a dark moon lillith in Scorpio, and a Pluto retrograde in Scorpio. At times I can feel a storm coming on lillith in Scorpio girls I think can be a bit more difficult to handle than even Scorpio suns. I couldn't imagine the energy someone with a Scorpio moon Pluto and Lilith feels. Scorpio is a powerful sign if the energies are not harnessed in the right way they can be very self destructive or the opposite and very successfull and dominate. I've felt both the positive and destructive side of my Scorpio Lilith. I've tried to destroy myself and could care less about my life. I was for a long period of time addicted to sex and drugs specifically dope, I did it cause I knew I could die and for some reason that drove me more into it. Sex for me was a need not just a pleasure, I've done so many stupid things I have almost killed myself, because I neglected the value of my life. On the other hand I was full of life and loved myself I was a good student had a 3.5gpa and earned myself a medical title. Scorpio is both extremes of life and death. But we are undoubtfully loving people we love with our hearts souls everything. But piss us off and we are like the incredible hulk we will destroy not only you but ourselves in the process like a time bomb ready to go off. Scorpio suns in my opinion are very intelligent people very gung ho I knew a Scorpio with a major in biological engineering a very serious hard working person. Scorpios are like the dark mars cause they get mad easy like Aries but unlike Aries they will never forget when you ****** them and it's very very difficult for them to forgive. The most annoying scorpios I've met either also had saggitarius in their personal planets like mercury or mars, or we're saggitarius Scorpio cusps. I'm not going to stereotype people cause I might meet a person with this cusp and love them, but I have known of three scorpios with saggitarius influence that pissed me off. They lied, cheated, and thought they were god and the best person alive, but we're actually very hurtful and manipulative.

well i dont hate scorpios at all, I love them! if i had a choice to choose my sign, i would either choose to be a capricorn, aries, or a scorpio. i think people hate scorpios because scorpios are brutally honest, and may come off to many people as being mean, but thats okay. but i do agree scorpios do have a dark side them, its like a deep intense intimidating presence; and i love it. but i love scorpios because they may seem mean, but actually they are very caring and sweet people, but once they are wronged or heartbroken, it may take them a long time to forgive and let go.

I'm a Scorpio, and my birthday comes the first week of November on the 3rd day.

For me I'm very nice, shy, quiet, secretive, and smart. But some people say that I look like I can win in a fight. For me to forgive you. You not have to do the same thing that made me mad at you the first time. For example my moms Fiancee he does things that make me super made. I don't trust him nor do I like him. As for the things that he does like how he says he's challenging me for me to get ready for the real world. I hate him for that. But I learned to dislike him since I'm trying to be a better Christian. He keeps yelling whenever he gets mad and whenever he looses a agrument with me or my mom at the same time. I do forgive him but it just takes time and a lot of time. I have to see you improve before I can even trust you again. Even if I do say I trust you, I'm lying straight through my teeth. But he doesn't even realizes that. I give my full trust to no one except for my family. I don't give it to the family members that "aren't that bright" if you know what I mean. But I only have like one or two of them in my family. But I see that they're trying there best to get better. That's what I like. I dislike fakers. So please don't try to run over her or anything.

Also do apologize first. I stopped apologizing to people a long time ago because they thought that I was either lying or either took me for a fool. So I wait for you to apologize and too see if you truly mean it. If so I'll apologize. But as for my moms fiancee. I will never really apologize for him if it's something that I did that was uncalled for. But if it is called for then I won't apologize. He knows that but he pretends that he doesn't. I dislike that too. I do have a dark side of me too. But I hardly ever show it unless all my bottled up emotions comes out on you. Like I did to my cousin she just ticked me off one day and I exploded all my emotions and my anger on her. She laughed at me for a while until she realized I was serious and then she shut up for like a day.
