Can anyone recommend a good book/author for learning to interpret horary charts? I've found a number of books on Amazon, etc. but I'd like some opinions on which has actually helped you practise this branch of astrology.
Thanks.

The easiest to understand is Horary Astrology Plain and Simple by Anthony Louis. Also highly recommended is The Horary Text Book by John Frawley.
An older book that helped make horary popular again is Horary Astrology Rediscovered by Olivia Barclay, and you may also wish to look at The Martial Art of Horary by Lee Lehman.
If you ever get serious about horary you will need Christian Astrology by William Lilly volumes I & II. Originally written in 1647 it is the horary astrologer's Bible. Reprints are easily found online. Hold off on this one until you've read at least one of the other ones recommended. Enjoy.

Markab's list is a great list, I too love Anthony Louis. However, there is a little treasure out there by Alphee Lavoie's 2 books:
Horary at its Best - Good book
Lose this Book and find it with Horary - Excellent little gold mine, this system is simple, clear, and effective.
