As a professionally-certified astrologer:
The chart does not show your actual career or actual finances. Not how you career will go, not what specific career you will actually end up in, not how you monies will be in life.
Sounds kinda useless, doesn't it. But it isn't.
The chart DOES show your inner needs and the way you approach things. The chart gives you a frame of reference, a take-off point for looking inward and getting to know yourself clearly and what you need out of life for happiness.
Venus is how you need to relate to others. The sign is the style, the house is where you look in life, in order to meet that need.
Saturn is how you handle limitation in life (which can be felt as limiting factors, fear and uncertainty .. or as an acceptance of reality and of choosing to work within those limitations to make something happen).
The square aspect shows a difference in style between two needs, that makes it difficult to meet both needs at the same time, and this difference creates tension.
Well, I don't know how this style would create tension for you, because I don't know the signs. But Venus 10th square Saturn 2nd, creates an attempt to combine love and status together (I think that's a mistake to try it) ... conflicting with a sense of not having enough money, not having enough resources, not having enough "oomph", enough value (in your own eyes) as a person who can actually attract someone who would love you AND bring you status.
I don't see the rest of the chart, and I might say something different it I saw the rest of the chart.
Also, this is only ONE way these energies, dynamics, and needs could play out .. this is what comes to my mind first.
Which is why astrologers always want to see the whole chart and why we want to have direct 2-way communication WITH our client (in person, phone, skype) ... so that YOU see what the chart is saying. The astrologer is only there to guide YOUR insight ...we can't see inside of you.
