Question:
Do we feel the influences of transiting planets more strongly if they are dominant in our natal charts?

Are we more 'in tune' to the influences of certain transiting planets if those same planets are prominently placed in our natal charts?

For instance, would someone with a dominant Moon placement in their natal chart feel transits of the Moon more strongly than someone who has a dominant Mars placement? Would the Mars person be more affected by Mars transits?

Thank you..!

why moon is moody? because it's freaking fast. 1 hour ago it was in conjunction with neptune, 5 hours later it's in conjunction with venus, 8 hours later it's in conjunction with pluto.

can we say then, that's why cancerians are not stable?

fast and dynamic and kinda of balance signs (emotionally or intellectually); cancer, gemini, aries, leo, libra. why? because all these signs ruled by quick planets (what about taurus you might ask and i would say that i don't believe they are ruled by venus, yeah, probably it's only me who is saying that). so they don't have much patience, they just feel/think like they gotta live fast. why? because of many transits?

well, my two most dominant planets are;

Moon: 18.9%

and Venus: 18.7%

and even though i have common sense all that stuff, i just don't use it. there's just too many feelings AND thoughts going on in my head, it seems like anything is possible. it seems like nothing is really right or wrong. and really, when i say something it's just what i thought/felt at that moment. just like this answer. if i were to see this question like 5 hours ago, my answer would be completely different.

Yea... I'm a pisces sun and gemini moon, and so is my boyfriend. We both can suddenly do strange things for apparently no reason. He is an aries ascendant as well - I think an extra aries influence right up front there will make it such spontaneity more obvious in a person. While I think we both change our minds and moods quickly, this bold aries influence gives him a bit more of a loud push in his erratic behaviour. His rising sign makes it more obvious that that is how he is, and adds drive to it. Perhaps there's an aries influence, or some other fire sign in your friend's chart that would make his behaviour more noticeably risky and erratic than just changeable?

I know that this question deals directly with astrology-horoscope. Though i have studied for three years yet, i feel that it is better to live with out trying to probe into the future- whatever happens it happens-whatever has to happen - it would happen- whatever happened -it has happened. so all the three tenses are natural phenomena - to face them and try to solve them- lies the thrill of human life . Parishth maharaja in India knew his death in advance- but he tried his level best- but was killed at the appointed time as per the astrological prediction. That is a story in India.

Similarly, in the court of Krishnadevaraya, an Indian King, Thenali Rama proved that predictions based on astrology could go wrong .

I have made deep study of Indian astrology and finally came to the conclusion- natal horoscope-(janma horoscope ) influence on human life is 33 %, planets influence- 33% and finally- the divine influence- 34%

of the three, if the divine influence is stronger, the other two influences would be subdued as in the case of

Satyawan Savithri- Markanteyan -stories in India- where the death predicted as per astrological predictions were defeated by the divine blessings (stories only)

But astrology is certainly a science. But it suffers on account of various latest technological developments- in communications networks, migration of people from one country to another, untimely deaths - due to man made inventions - like gas explosion, train and air accidents, road accidents, ryots, terrorists attacks and wrong treatment in the hospitals and so on

Hence, in today's context, the planets and their influence on human life are academic to the extent to which the man made influences come in the way of the influence of the planets

Yeah, believe it or not. If you know what planets are transiting at a certain time. You can look back on a "bad" month/months/years you had. And the changes or dominant planets in that time period might just explain why it was challenging for you.

Yes, we certainly do. We are also better equipped at dealing with such transits whether we realise it or not. It's kinda like an old friend (or enemy) coming to visit. We have a better idea what to expect.

Good question.
