According to logic, to none more than others... Most people are born on a random day, roughly 9 months after conception. As people have sex and therefore make babies every day of the year, these babies will all be born roughly 9 months later, being any random day of the year.Since the year is divided into twelve zodiac signs and births are randomly divided across the year, zodiac signs will also be randomly divided. Perhaps there are a bit more scorpio's, capricorns and such, since people seem to be a bit more horny in spring, but I doubt there's any significant difference.

Oh, and it's Libra, not Libran...

Most people I know are born in the spring, Aries and Tauruses, I guess because the parents like to have fun in the summer :)
