For example, would people have Earth signs?

Deff! The reason why we don't have "Earth" signs now is because we live on Earth, so living on Moon or Mars would have a different perspective. And I read some where that the rising sign is sort of our "earth" sign, but idk.

Location is all important on the electromagnetic imprint recorded at the moment of birth which gives us all the astrological traits of our birth chart. So there would have to be an earth sign and an imprint of earth recorded on the person in a certain part of their chart.

Yes! Currently there's actually two casts for any given moment in time, the familiar earth centered and HELIOCENTRIC. The latter gives the positions of the planets from the perspective of the sun instead of here on earth. If you were on mars a mars centered cast would be most relevant.

Gaia, which is what Earth would be in a chart, may be added to the chart, but probably more as an aspect, as opposed to a planet. (It would be like a node)

It would not since all of astrology is based off of VERY old theories about the planets and the stars. The phudo-science called astrology hasn't changed since man though we were the center of the universe.
